For the Inglese speaking
I Opened recently this blog to collect my thoughts while Preparing to attend a BarCamp in Florence. I will focus on how to renovate the architecture of the fruition of multimedia content in public spaces.
Basically the idea is to transform old movie theaters (that Happen to be in Florence Rapidly going out of business, partly because of lack of an updated management with a vision). The change I propose consist the following simple key elements and they are suitable to any public space:
- multi-screen equipment
- interactivity with the Web 2.0 and social medias
- streaming videos
- social learning platforms
To make even more simple the general idea is: isn't it about time to offer the best of the web in public spaces? However you envision this formula, no matter what the multimedia content is, one core issue is that the potential of having a crowd interact on line in a same room, can generate higher extensions of the impact that information can have into the outside reality. Crowd-sourcing driven edu-tainment can provide major steps for a crowd to Enhance Their cultures. In terms to ethically profit from the potential of information, or to harvest the fruits in terms of the social behavior evolution of digital users, physically connected to crowd haves different fashions of processing and retaining an ever Increasing flow of multimedia content. Crowd-sourcing is Destined to fuel the content That Will Be Offered to fruition in many more spaces, Than Those Nowadays we can imagine.
